Welcome to Removaltech Dumpster Rentals FAQs! Here, you will find answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about our services. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Pricing & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards — Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Cash and checks are available for customers with an approved credit account.
Why are both sizes the same price?
Our pricing is weight-based, not size-based. Since most projects fall within a similar weight range, we keep it simple with one flat rate for both containers. The 20 yard is often the better choice for bulky or lightweight materials — more room, same price. The 15 yard is ideal for heavier debris like concrete or tile. Not sure which to pick? Call us and we'll help you choose.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We believe in simple, transparent pricing. Your flat-rate rental includes delivery, pickup, and disposal within the included weight limit. If your load exceeds the weight allowance, an overage fee applies — we'll always be upfront about it.
Booking & Delivery
How do I book a dumpster?
You can book online in just a few clicks or call us directly at (602) 888-0353. We'll confirm availability, help with sizing if needed, and get your delivery scheduled. Same-day and next-day delivery available across the Phoenix metro.
How far do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the Phoenix metro with no mileage restrictions for the first 28 miles. Deliveries beyond 28 miles may include an additional fee — call us for a quick quote.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the greater Phoenix metro including Mesa, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Paradise Valley, and surrounding cities. Not sure if we reach you? Give us a call — we almost certainly do.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes — same-day and next-day delivery is available across the Phoenix metro, subject to availability. Call us early in the day for the best chance at same-day service.
Rental Period & Pickup
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Your rental includes 30 days — no rush. We don't want you scrambling to finish on a tight timeline. If you need more time, additional days are just $5/day. Give us a call before your rental ends and we'll take care of it.
How do I extend my rental?
Just give us a call before your rental period ends. We'll extend it for $5 per additional day. You can pay in advance or be billed at the end of the extended period.
How do I schedule pickup?
Simply call or text us when you're ready and we'll schedule a pickup at a time that works for you. No pressure to rush — your 30-day rental gives you plenty of flexibility.
I filled it — can I get more space?
Absolutely. We can swap out your full dumpster for a fresh one — just give us a call. This counts as a second rental and is billed accordingly. For larger projects needing multiple swaps, call us ahead of time and we'll help you plan.
Dumpster Placement
Can the dumpster damage my driveway?
We take extra care during every delivery to protect your driveway. If you have a specialty coating, pavers, or a sensitive surface, just let us know when you book and we'll take extra precautions.
Can you place it on my lawn?
We strongly recommend against it. Dumpsters are heavy and can sink into soft ground and damage grass. We'll always aim for concrete, asphalt, or another solid stable surface — your driveway is ideal.
Do I need a permit?
If the dumpster is on your private property — like your driveway — no permit is required in most cases. If it needs to go on a public street or sidewalk, a permit may be required by your city. Just let us know when you book and we'll help sort it out.

Can I put appliances in the dumpster?
Yes, with one exception — we cannot accept appliances that contain refrigerant (Freon), such as refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioning units. All other appliances are fine.
Can I put concrete in the dumpster?
Yes, we accept concrete. Due to weight restrictions, we can haul up to 7 tons at a time. Have a large concrete job? Give us a call and we'll help you figure out the best approach.
Sizes & Which One to Choose
What size dumpster do I need?
For most residential cleanouts, garage cleanouts, or single-room remodels, the 15 yard works great. For whole-house cleanouts, roofing projects, or larger renovations, go with the 20 yard. If you're unsure, the 20 yard is usually the safer choice — running out of space mid-project is more frustrating than having extra room. And since both sizes are the same price, there's no reason to go smaller unless space is tight.
What's the difference between 15 and 20 yard?
Both are 14 feet long and 8 feet wide — same driveway footprint. The difference is height: the 15 yard is 4 feet tall and the 20 yard is 6 feet tall, giving you significantly more volume. Choose the 15 yard for heavier debris like concrete or tile. Choose the 20 yard for lighter, bulkier materials like furniture, drywall, or yard waste.
